Prices
SusieArt reserves the right to change handmade card prices without notice. Of course this will not affect orders that are currently being processed. All monetary transactions are conducted and displayed in English Pounds Sterling.
Delivery
All handmade cards are posted using Royal Mail First Class. We want you to receive your cards in perfect condition, so all cards are individually packed in clear bags and are delivered in padded envelopes. We cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit. A proof of postage is always obtained when posting handmade cards.
Cards will be despatched when payment is received in full. Once payment has been received cards will be despatched as soon as possible. If a card has to be made specially we will endeavour to despatch these cards within 7 working days.
Returns & Cancellation
If you have ordered the wrong handmade card[s] or you find that you do not like them on receipt, please return them to SusieArt within 5 days and enclose a copy of the invoice marking the items being returned. As long as the cards are returned in their original condition a full refund will be given, less postage. As all SusieArt cards are packed individually in clear, sealed bags, these must be unopened. The cost of returning the cards to SusieArt is the buyer's responsibility as is their safety during transit. It is essential that when returning cards a "Proof of Purchase" Certificate is obtained from the Post Office as SusieArt cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
As SusieArt does not offer an exchange service, any replacement goods should be ordered as a new order in the usual way.
Refunds will be made by cheque within 10 days of receipt of the returned unopened card[s].
