Prices, Payment Terms & Postage
Prices Each card is marked with its own price. SusieArt reserves the right to change prices of the cards without notification. This would not apply to cards which have already been ordered. Sign and Send If you would like your card sent directly by SusieArt to anywhere in the UK, postage will be free. If you would like your card sent directly by SusieArt to anywhere else in the world, please see the postage charges below. Postage and Delivery Postage and Packaging is now absolutely free of charge for normal posting i.e. 1st and 2nd class. If you wish your card to be sent by Next Day Delivery or any other Special method of posting, please see charges below. All handmade cards are posted Royal Mail First Class. SusieArt wants you to receive your cards in perfect condition, so each card comes in a clear, sealed, protective packet and they are delivered in padded envelopes. We cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit. Special Delivery charges (next day) Orders up to a value of �20.00 �5.50 Orders up to a value of �40.00 �7.00 Orders over �40.00 (please contact me for postage costs) Overseas Postage (Airmail) SusieArt will despatch to any country in the world. If your Country of Origin is not listed, please e-mail me for postage costs. Europe (excluding UK) Orders between �0.00 - �10 �3.00 �10.01 - �20 �3.70 �20.01 - �40 �4.75 �40.01 - �50 �5.55 Over �50 �7.00 Australia Orders between �0.00 - �10 �4.00 �10.01 - �20 �5.90 �20.01 - �40 �6.75 �40.01 - �50 �7.90 Over �50 �9.50 Canada/USA Orders between �0.00 - �10 �4.00 �10.01 - �20 �5.90 �20.01 - �40 �6.75 �40.01 - �50 �7.90 Over �50 �9.50 Cards will only be despatched when payment is received in full. If you wish to pay by cheque then please understand that the cheque will need to be cleared before the cards are despatched. Please write your name, address and cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Sue Halliday trading as SusieArt". Once payment has been received cards in stock will normally be despatched either that day or at the latest the next. If a card has to be recreated i.e. have a different insert put in it or be personalised, despatch will normally be within 3 working days. If a card has to be made specially, despatch will normally be within 7 working days or in agreement with the customer. Payment Terms Credit card payments can only be made when buying on-line using PayPal. You can also order over the phone and pay by cheque - the same details apply to this method of payment as when ordering by e-mail. Postal Orders will also be accepted.
